My stay at Kim Phu Villa was amazing! I wanted to experience the local Vietnamese culture and this place delivered. Vince and his family were incredibly friendly and offered great hospitality. They even invited me for beer in the evening. The breakfast was a delicious assortment of different Vietnamese dishes every morning. The location was convenient, just a short walk from the old town. The rooms in the brand new house were clean, modern, and comfortable. Vince helped me get a good deal on a scooter and supported me with everything I needed. Plus, free water bottles were a nice touch.
100% Recommend this hotel.

The room was clean and modern, offering a comfortable stay. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable, providing helpful advice and ensuring we felt welcome. The location was convenient, with key attractions and restaurants within walking distance.
The room was not serviced daily and we ran out of bottled water after the first day. The noise level was quite high due to poor acoustics, and the door let in too much light, affecting our quality of sleep.

The facilities were top-notch and the staff exceptionally friendly. I loved how clean and modern the room was, and the fact that it was family-run made the whole experience feel more personal and welcoming. the host was super helpful, providing us with excellent recommendations for restaurants and even arranging a shuttle to the airport. Plus, the location was perfect - not too far from the main attractions, but still in a quiet area.
The acoustics in the hotel were a bit noisy, which made it difficult to get a really good night's sleep. And although the doors were opaque, they still let in quite a bit of light, which could be bothersome for light sleepers.
